데이터 삭제 안내

PINKSLIN에 저장된 내 정보를 삭제하는 방법입니다. 요청을 받으면 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.

서비스 이용자(크리에이터)

아래 방법 중 하나를 쓰면 계정 정보, 액세스 토큰, 캠페인과 발송 기록이 모두 삭제됩니다.

  1. PINKSLIN에서 계정 연결을 해제합니다.
  2. 인스타그램 앱에서 설정 → 웹사이트 권한 → 앱 및 웹사이트로 들어가 PINKSLIN을 삭제합니다.
  3. [email protected]으로 인스타그램 사용자 이름을 적어 삭제를 요청합니다.

댓글 작성자

PINKSLIN을 쓰는 크리에이터의 게시물에 댓글을 달아 메시지를 받으셨다면, 댓글 내용과 사용자 이름, 발송 기록이 저장되어 있을 수 있습니다. [email protected]으로 인스타그램 사용자 이름을 적어 보내주시면 삭제합니다.

Instagram에 남아 있는 댓글과 메시지는 Instagram 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Data Deletion Instructions

We delete your data within 30 days of your request.

Creators: do any one of the following to delete your account information, access token, and campaign and delivery records.

  1. Disconnect your account in PINKSLIN.
  2. In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove PINKSLIN.
  3. Email [email protected] with your Instagram username.

Commenters: if you received a message after commenting on a creator's post, email [email protected] with your Instagram username and we will delete your comment, username, and delivery records.
